Meet the Team

Sam along with his father Greg Sr. founded the business in 1975 in Schenectady, NY. Sam has been said by many to be a visionary in the pallet business. Sam is the first businessmen in the pallet industry to introduce a nailing robot into the pallet business. Sam also introduced automation into the business which is still prominent today.

Gary grew up in the family pallet business and has been involved in the industry for over 30 years. Gary's background in manufacturing, customer service, strategic planning, and team collaboration has served the business well throughout the years and his leadership style reflects that. Gary graduated from Clarkson University with a BS in Industrial Engineering in 1988 and recently completed his MBA from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Gary is a well-respected leader in the business and the pallet industry.

Ryan is Sam's son and after attending Utica College decided to learn all that he could about the family business. Ryan came on board in 2011 and honed his knowledge of operations for seven years before delving into the sales and customer relationship side of the business in 2019.

Tom has a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Brockport. He joined the company is 2022 as our Inventory Control Manager and is now excited to take on the role of overseeing Operations. He loves working for a family business and is dedicated to driving improvement for the entire company.

Brittany has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany. Brittany joined the company in early 2019 to fine tune all HR guidelines and to drive a positive employee engagement culture.

Paul joined the Power team in 2018 and has over 25 years of extensive Account Management and Operations experience. Paul has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Alfred University.
